These charming Koi have been painted, in reverse layering,
directly onto the backside of picture glass, by highly skilled artist,
Gita Landwehr.<br> The technique is a modern adaptation of
"Hinterglasmalerei" or "reverse painting on glass", which originates in
European folk art.<br>  Each acrylic painting is one of a kind and comes in a decorative gold, black or brown 8"x10" (20cm x 26cm) wooden frame <br> with sturdy backing and picture wire in place ready for convenient hanging. <br> The price for each of these beautiful pictures is currently only $75 and includes shipping in the US. <br>
