Upon completion of a custom order the artist will email an image of the completed work to the buyer. (Should the buyer, at this point, reject the commissioned work, the artist will retain 50% of the down payment and refund the remaining 50% of the down payment to the buyer.) <br> The buyer will confirm his acceptance of the commissioned work by paying the remaining 50% of the sales price, plus shipping costs and insurance where applicable.
